What’s the difference between the 60-minute and 90-minute sessions?
The 60-minute session is ideal for 1–2 focused areas (like your back and shoulders or hips and legs).
The 90-minute session gives us time for full-body work, deep recovery, and more comprehensive mobility treatment — perfect if you’re dealing with multiple pain points or training intensely.
Is this massage painful?

You’ll feel deep pressure, but not pain. Adam adjusts techniques based on your comfort level and goals. Most clients say it’s “intense but relieving” — and they feel looser immediately after.

Is this a relaxing massage?

This isn’t a spa-style massage. It’s therapeutic, targeted, and designed to restore movement, reduce pain, and help you recover faster. That said, most clients feel incredibly relaxed after the session due to the release of tension.

How should I prepare for my session?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Stay hydrated before and after. If you’re training the same day, schedule your session post-workout — or take the day as a recovery reset.

What areas do you work on?

That depends on your needs! Common areas include back, shoulders, hips, legs, and neck. We’ll start with a quick assessment to figure out where to focus.

Can I request in-home massage?

Yes — in-home sessions are available in select San Diego areas. Just mention your location at booking. All equipment is provided for a smooth, professional setup.

Is this for athletes only?

Not at all. This is for anyone who moves hard, works hard, or sits too much and feels the effects. Whether you’re in the gym or at a desk, this helps your body stay pain-free and high-functioning.

How often should I get a sports massage?

It depends on your activity level. Most active clients benefit from sessions every 2–4 weeks. If you're recovering from pain or training heavily, weekly is recommended.

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes — ask about discounted multi-session packages or ongoing recovery plans during your appointment. Clients who commit to regular care see faster, longer-lasting results.
