What Can I Expect During My Massage?

We Show Up

Expect us to arrive at your house with our massage table 10-15 minutes ahead of time to set up and give you time to fill out any paperwork if you didn’t do it online.

We Perform Assessments

We will review your pain, history, lifestyle, job, etc., to identify potential causes of your pain. You will also undergo several basic assessments to establish a baseline for your mobility and pain.

We Treat Your Pain

You will receive a massage designed to alleviate your pain, using insights from your lifestyle, pain, and assessments, all while only needing to wear workout attire (no need to undress).

MEET THE FOUNDER

After jumping out of planes in the Army, Adam began experiencing pain in his lower back and hips. Despite trying various treatments recommended by his doctors, including physical therapy and injections, he saw little improvement.

This led him to take his health into his own hands. He learned how to combine different treatments such as stretching, massage, and exercises. By doing so, he managed to not only alleviate his own chronic pain but also help others in pain.

Now, Adam provides in-home services and online coaching to help others manage their pain and improve their strength.
